FairPrice Group gives Singaporeans 60 reasons to celebrate SG60 with deals on most-loved housebrand products

SINGAPORE, 7 March 2025 – In an all-out effort to celebrate SG60 by helping Singaporeans stretch their dollar further, FairPrice Group (FPG) has announced FairPrice Best Sellers for Less, a campaign that will bring customers 60 special deals on FPG’s most popular Own Brands products from 6 March to 28 May 2025. The Group will launch discounts on five FairPrice housebrand products every week throughout the 12 week period, starting with deals of up to 36 per cent off in the first week.

The first week’s promotion – running from 6 to 12 March – will feature FairPrice housebrand Canola Oil, Thai White Fragrant Rice, Two-ply Bathroom Tissues, Roasted Chicken Mid Wings, and Tortilla Chips. Apart from daily food and beverage staples, deals across the 12 week period will also feature kitchen and bathroom essentials, and affordable indulgence and snack items. 

FPG’s Own Brands leads in nearly half of the 70 product categories that it plays in. Vipul Chawla, Group CEO, FairPrice Group, attributes this rise in popularity over the last five years to the value and affordability that FPG’s Own Brands continues to deliver to Singaporeans despite an inflationary cost environment.

“Today, one in two shoppers check out with an FPG Own Brands product in their basket. Our customers choose us in many essential categories – from paper products to rice, vegetables, and pork – because they trust us to provide them with consistent value and quality. With the Best Sellers for Less campaign, we want to repay the trust that Singaporeans have in our own brands by bringing the best of the range to even more in Singapore ensuring that everyone has the essentials they need to celebrate SG60 together,” Vipul shared.

FPG Own Brands comprises over 3,500 products, from packaged goods to fresh produce and more, that are typically priced 10 to 15 per cent cheaper than branded alternatives. The FairPrice housebrand makes up more than 800 of the Group’s Own Brands product range.

Since the start of 2025, FPG has introduced a series of initiatives aimed at making every day a little better by helping Singaporeans stretch their dollar. These include doubling its discounts for CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders for the first 60 days of the year, freezing prices on popular produce throughout the Chinese New Year season, and launching FairPrice Return Vouchers to supplement the government’s CDC Vouchers Scheme.
