WhistleBlower Programme
We are committed to the highest standards of conduct in our dealings with our employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and the authorities. FairPrice Group’s Whistleblower Programme addresses the commitment to uphold integrity and ethical behaviour by providing a platform for individuals to raise any concerns relating to suspected misconduct. The types of misconduct include:
- Violations to the Law/ Act or FairPrice Group policies and procedures;
- Fraud, dishonest or deliberate error in the recording and maintaining of the FairPrice Group financial records;
and - Unethical behaviour that is in violation with FairPrice Group values or code of conduct, which is detrimental to FairPrice Group.
Individuals can choose to communicate with us anonymously and all correspondence will remain confidential. The Whistleblower Programme is managed by FairPrice Group’s Internal Audit Department with the oversight from Group CEO and the Audit and Risk Committee.
