Mr Kee is the Chairman of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited and Deputy Chairman of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited, the holding company of FairPrice Group, NTUC First Campus, NTUC Health, Income Insurance Limited, NTUC LearningHub and Mercatus. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of NTUC FairPrice Foundation, the philanthropic arm of FairPrice Group.
He also holds directorships in Changi Airport Group, CapitaLand Investment Limited, Tangram Asia Capital LLP and Mandai Park Holdings Pte Ltd. He is a Board Advisor of Income Insurance Limited and a member of the Angsana Fund Investment Committee (AFIC) of the Singapore Labour Foundation.
Mr Kee was awarded the Public Service Star Medal (BBM) by the Singapore Government and Meritorious Service Award by the National Trades Union Congress in 2021.
Mr Kee holds a Master of Arts in Engineering Science from Oxford University, UK.

Ms Adeline Sum is CEO of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited (NE). Since 1993, Ms Sum has served within the NTUC network of organisations. Up to 2001, she worked on key employment and employability issues to represent workers, including serving on the National Wages Council. She has gone on to helm several NTUC social enterprises, including chief executive positions at NTUC Childcare (now NTUC First Campus), NTUC Choice Homes and Mercatus.
Ms Sum was NTUC Enterprise’ Deputy CEO between 2017 – 2023. Between 2016 to 2019, she was concurrently Managing Director of NTUC FairPrice, overseeing business strategy and talent development. In 2022, she led the set-up of Tangram Asia Capital, NE’s corporate venture arm, and currently serves as its Executive Director.
Ms Sum was a board member of ComfortDelgro Corporation between 2007 to 2023.
Ms Sum holds a BA (Honours) in History from the National University of Singapore, and started her career in the Singapore Government’s Administrative Service. She also holds an MBA from the Nanyang Technological University, and Master of Public Administration from Harvard University. She was conferred the Public Service Medal at the 2014 National Day Award.

Mr Cheng served as Board Member of NTUC First Campus Co‑operative Limited from 2007 to 2016. He is the Group Managing Director of Lion Industries Corporation Berhad. He is also the President Director of P.T. Lion Metal Works Tbk and Chairman of LTC Corporation Group.
He has more than 40 years of experience in the business operations of the Lion Group encompassing retail, food and beverage, credit financing, property development, mining, steel manufacturing, tyre, motor, agriculture and computer industries.

Ms Lim is currently the Independent Director of Multiwater Holdings Limited, Group Head for the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning, as well as Chairperson of the Chinese Development Assistance Council Stakeholders Communications Committee.
She has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications Private Limited Singapore. She was also Chairperson for the Public Education Committee of the National Council for Problem Gambling; Chairperson for the Promote Mandarin Council; Vice Chairperson of the Singapore Note and Coin Advisory Committee; the Independent Director of the Board of Ascendas Reit; Member of the National Parks Board; Director of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra Board; Appointed Member of the Singapore50 Culture and Community Committee; Visual Advisor of the 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony and Chairperson of the Advisory Committee of Singapore Pavilion, 2010 World EXPO.

Mr Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Changi Airport Group. He is concurrently the Deputy Chairman of Changi Airports International Pte Ltd, as well as Chairman of Jewel Changi Airport Holding Pte Ltd, Changi Foundation Board and Singapore National Library Board. Mr Lee also holds the appointment of President, Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific Regional Board and is a Director on the ACI World Governing Board.

Mr Ho Wah Lee retired as a partner from KPMG in 2017 after 25 years with the firm. He has more than 30 years of experience in Management Consulting, Risk Consulting and Financial Advisory services. He was the Head of Advisory in KPMG Singapore from Oct 2010 to May 2013 and he was appointed as the President Director of PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory from Oct 2014 to Sep 2017. Mr Ho was a member of the KPMG Global IT Advisory Executive Council, a governance group responsible for setting up strategic plans and policies on IT Advisory services for KPMG globally.
Mr Ho was appointed a member of a high level Public Sector Data Security Review Committee convened by the Prime Minister on 31 Mar 2019 to conduct a comprehensive review of data security practices across the entire Public Service.
He is a director at BSI Bank Limited, SNP International Pty Ltd (Australia), Amusic Group (Singapore and China), One Asia Music Inc (Taiwan) and Armoire Ante Pte Ltd.

Ms Tan is the Executive Director of Wing Tai Holdings Ltd. She serves as a Director of Singapore Labour Foundation and NTUC Enterprise Co‑operative Limited, and is a Council Member of Singapore National Employers Federation, and a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee.
She was the Chairman for SLF Strategic Advisers Pte Ltd and had served on the board of Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd. She has returned to serve on the board of FairPrice Group after a three-term stint previously after retiring as the Chairman NTUC Health Co‑operative Limited in 2020.
She was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) and the Public Service Star (BBM) by the Singapore Government in 2011 and 2018 respectively. In 2018, she was presented the Meritorious Service Award by the National Trade Union Congress.

Robert is a Singaporean business leader involved in Total Built Environment & Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Consumer Retail and Technology. He is the Executive Chairman of Swan & Maclaren Group, one of Singapore’s prominent architectural, design and illumination engineering companies that contributed to Singapore’s historical landmarks for the past 130 years. Swan & Maclaren Group operates in 10 international markets including Europe and the Middle-East.
He is the current Advisory Board Chairman of EDPR Asia Pacific, a member of EDPR Group which is listed on Euronext, Dow Jones Sustainability and Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index. EDPR Group is the 4th largest producer of renewable energy worldwide with presence in over 28 international markets. Previously Robert was the Board and EXCO Chairman of Sunseap Group which was sold to EDPR Group in early 2022 for a transaction valued over S$1.1 billion.
Robert is an Independent Director with EDPR Asia Pacific, FairPrice Group, IMDA Singapore, Alexandra Health Fund Limited and Senior Advisor with Jubilee Partners. In February 2022, he was appointed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee and subsequently in January 2023 appointed as Chairman of Sustainability for FairPrice Group.
Robert held a distinguished global career before retiring in December of 2014. He joined DFS Group (a member of LVMH Group) global leadership in 2004 and was the Executive Vice President. During the same period, he was President, DFS Venture Singapore and a member of LVMH global CIO council. Prior to joining DFS, Robert was CEO, East Asia at PSA International.
Between 2006 till 2014, Robert was a member of IBM Corporation, Global Advisory Board in New York. His past board directorships of SGX listed companies included supply chain and technology companies. During 2014 till 2018, Robert represented Singapore as a council member for the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and Deputy Secretary for Singapore National Employers Federation.
In January 2020, Robert was conferred Singapore Management University (SMU) Distinguished Fellow and the inaugural Dean’s Fellow with the School of Computing and Information Systems for his contribution as eminent leader in the industry.
Robert was conferred a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours in 1987 and Masters of Engineering Science in 1989 from UNSW in Sydney.

Mr Zulkifli Baharudin is the Executive Chairman of Indo-Trans Logistics Corporation, a logistics and supply chain company across Indo-China.
He is an Independent Director of GDS Holdings Ltd (PRC), Virtus Holdco Limited (UK), Omni Holdco LLC (USA), SymAsia Foundation Ltd, Asian Plantations Ltd, STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte Ltd and PT STT GDC Indonesia.
Mr Zulkifli is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He is appointed as Justice of Peace from September 2020. He also served as Nominated Member of Parliament from October 1997 to September 2001 and was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2005 and Public Service Star Medal in 2011. He obtained a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Arasu is a Member of the NTUC Central Committee, the planning, policy and executive organ of NTUC that makes the decisions and acts to further NTUC’s objectives. He was first elected to the NTUC Central Committee in 2011 for a four-year term and was re-elected again in 2015,2019 and 2023. He holds the Secretary for Financial Affairs (SFA) position on the NTUC Central Committee.
He also chairs the Labour Movement’s Maritime Cluster and is the president of the Singapore Port Workers Union (SPWU), a post he has held since 2022. Previously, he held the post of General Secretary from October 2015. He first joined the union as a Member in 1993 and has been with the union for 31 years.
Within the Labour Movement, Mr Arasu serves on various NTUC Committees, such as the NTUC Education and Training Fund (NETF) Board of Trustees, the Industrial Relations Council, the NTUC50 Development Fund Management Committee, the NTUC Endowment Fund Management Committee and the Ong Teng Cheong Education Trust Fund management committee.
He is currently on the Board of Directors at NTUC LearningHub. He is also a member of the NTUC Investment Committee. He was appointed as a member of the NTUC Club Management, Finance & Strategy and Audit Committee 2021. The same year, he was appointed NTUC -U Care Fund Board of Trustees treasurer. Mr Arasu represents the Labour Movement, sits on the Tripartite Committee on Workplace Fairness, and is a Trade & Connectivity Sub Committee member. He is a Deputy Service Engineer with PSA Corporation Limited and holds a Diploma in the Employment Relations (DER) Programme.

Mr Ng is currently Group Head of Operations at Southeast Asia and Singapore’s largest bank, DBS Bank, where he leads the transformation of operations across the bank’s six key markets — Singapore, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong. With over 15 years of experience at DBS, Mr Ng has held key positions such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of Group Technology & Operations, where he laid the foundation for DBS’ data platform, hybrid cloud strategy and site reliability engineering practices. He was also instrumental in the establishment of the DBS Technology Hubs in both Hyderabad and Guangzhou. Prior to this, Mr Ng was the Group Head of Audit at DBS, where he introduced new auditing techniques such as Continuous Auditing, Predictive Auditing, and Agile Auditing—methods that are now part of IIA standards.
Mr Ng brings international experience from his 13 years at ABN Amro Bank, where he held diverse roles across locations in Singapore, London, and Amsterdam. Beyond his responsibilities at DBS, he also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Keppel Corporation and chairs the Technology and Operations Workgroup at the Institute of Bank and Finance Singapore (IBF).
Mr Ng’s contributions have been recognised with several awards, including CIO of the Year (CIO75 ASEAN 2021 and International Data Corporation 2022), along with the Institute of Engineering Singapore’s (IES) Innovation Award in 2015 and 2016, and the IES ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Award in 2016. He led the DBS Audit function to be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Internal Audit Excellence Award by Institute of Internal Audit Singapore in 2015.

Vipul Chawla is the Group Chief Executive Officer of FairPrice Group, which comprises NTUC FairPrice, Kopitiam, NTUC Foodfare, and NTUC Link. The Group has over 570 touchpoints across the island and employs almost 13,000 staff, with an annual turnover of over $4.5 billion.
Vipul ensures that FairPrice Group maintains its balance between profit and purpose – he guides the business in delivering on its social mission to keep daily essentials within reach for all, while maintaining its operational sustainability for the long term.
Vipul brings 30 years of retail industry experience to his role as Group CEO. Prior to joining the organisation in 2022, he led Fortune 500 companies across the world based in global hubs such as the UK, US, and Singapore. In his previous role, he was the Division President for Pizza Hut International, a part of Yum! Brands Inc., the world’s largest restaurant company with 50,000 restaurants globally.
Vipul led Pizza Hut International’s digital transformation, spearheading its transition into a purpose-driven, digitally enabled business. Under his management, the company increased its digital engagement from 15 to 60 percent. He oversaw more than 350,000 employees across 110 countries.

Tng Ah Yiam is a FairPrice Group veteran, currently serving as President of the Group CEO’s Office. He fosters strategic partnerships and alliances that drive innovative initiatives that are key to the organisation’s transformation journey.
With over four-decade at FairPrice Group, Ah Yiam has cultivated a deep understanding of the business, encompassing roles in purchasing, merchandising, trading, and supply chain management. As the former Chief Procurement Officer prior to the current position, he successfully developed strategies to optimise costs, streamline procurement processes, and cultivate collaborative relationships with suppliers.
Ah Yiam played a critical role in ensuring FairPrice Group was able to keep essentials within reach for customers throughout the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to his roles within FairPrice Group, Ah Yiam actively contributes to the cooperative movement where he serves as the Chairman of the Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF), and as a board member of Saigon Co-op FairPrice LLC. He was also awarded the PBM (Public Service Medal) and BBM (Public Service Star) for over 20 years of continuous service to the community.

Henry Chu is the Chief Executive Officer of FairPrice Group’s Food Services Business. He leads the Group’s pursuit of operational excellence and sustainable growth within the dynamic food and beverage industry.
He revamped FairPrice Group’s Food Services Business by digitalising customer journeys, introducing self-run concepts, and transforming experiences to cater to the changing consumer needs and preferences. His customer-centric approach to food services innovation enables the Group to keep nutritious food options accessible to all in Singapore through more than 90 food courts and hawker centres islandwide.
Henry brings over three decades of industry experience to his role. Prior to this appointment, he was the Chief Executive Officer of PSC Corporation Limited, heading its various business segments and expanding its distribution channels. Before this, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of BreadTalk Group Ltd, leading its local and regional expansion.
He has extensive experience and proficiency with directly operated, joint venture and franchise organisations across multiple countries. Henry served in management roles at Maxim’s Caterers Ltd (Hong Kong) for Japanese Chain Restaurants in China, Delifrance Singapore, and Starbucks in Singapore, Thailand and China.

Grace Chua is the Chief Executive Officer of the Own Brands and Food Solutions (OBFS) Business at FairPrice Group, focused on delivering good quality and affordable daily essentials to our customers.
Grace leads vertical integration within the Everything Food value chain, improving upstream sourcing and boosting the growth of FPG’s Own Brands. Under Grace’s leadership, OBFS has grown to become one of the top five FMCG companies in Singapore and is rapidly expanding its business internationally. Recently, Grace was recognised by Fortune as one of Asia’s Most Powerful Women in 2024.
Prior to this appointment, Grace was the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Head of Products at FairPrice Group. A veteran of the FMCG industry, Grace has held various senior global and regional leadership positions in multinational organisations. At Johnson & Johnson (J&J), she was the Asia Pacific Vice President for Baby Care, a member of J&J’s Global Skincare Leadership Team, and J&J’s Asia Pacific Leadership Team. Grace started her career in Procter & Gamble, in the Philippines.
Grace was also the co-founder and director of Intellipath Games, a digital start-up company focused on creating mobile gaming apps as a platform for children’s education.

Chey Hui is the Chief Financial Officer of FairPrice Group, bringing over 20 years of experience driving corporate finance growth and maximising shareholder value to ensure the Group’s financial health and sustainability.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Chey Hui shapes the company’s financial strategy and ensures its long-term stability, overseeing financial planning and analysis, strategic advisory, treasury, risk management, and reporting. Her expertise extends to Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions, Indirect Procurement, Retail Planning and Development as well as business process re-engineering to ensure robust governance and strategic alignment.
Chey Hui’s career journey began with a solid foundation in finance, having earned her Master’s in Finance from the London Business School. Prior to assuming her current role, Chey Hui was the Chief Financial Officer of NTUC Enterprise, where she led its financial operations and strategic initiatives. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Philips Electronics Pte Ltd, managing its financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
Throughout her career, Chey Hui has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within her teams. Her contributions have been pivotal in driving growth and ensuring the financial resilience of the organisations she has served.

Kenneth Tan is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at FairPrice Group (FPG).
As a member of the FPG Leadership Team and reporting directly to FPG Group CEO, Kenneth leads group-wide strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and multi-year, multi-pronged transformation and performance improvement efforts at FPG.
Prior to joining FPG, Kenneth served as the Chief Strategy Officer at NTUC Enterprise where he led in the conception, strategy development and formation of FPG by bringing together the grocery retail (NTUC Fairprice), food services (NTUC FoodFare, Kopitiam), and loyalty business (NTUC Link) under one operating entity back in 2019.
In the earlier part of his career, Kenneth consulted widely across industries and geographies with Bain and Company. He spent a year with DBS to help develop the consumer banking strategy. Kenneth is a graduate of the Financial Management Program of General Electric and has held several finance appointments across different General Electric businesses.
Kenneth received an MBA from INSEAD and BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Dennis is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer of NTUC Enterprise and FairPrice Group. Bringing over two decades of experience to his role, he is responsible for driving the Group’s multi-year digital transformation efforts, driving digital applications, retail and food services solutions.
He leads FairPrice Group’s cloud and data strategy, charged with improving the Group’s agility, resilience, and digital innovation across its ecosystem, ultimately bolstering its capability to keep daily essentials within reach for all in Singapore.
Dennis is part of the Trust partnership council which played an instrumental role in the launch of Trust digital bank, a joint venture between Standard Chartered Bank and FairPrice Group, as well as NTUC Enterprise. Trust was launched with the shared vision to redefine banking, and improve everyday lives in Singapore.
Dennis is currently a Board Member and Independent Director at SP Group – Singapore Power Services. Before joining FairPrice Group, he had also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at DFS Group Limited and is a senior executive of the tech council for LVMH Group. Prior to this, he was Chief Information Officer for the China Duty Free Group.

Zeng Qiao Jia is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at FairPrice Group. She currently oversees management of the Group’s distribution centres, online fulfilment, and transportation. Qiao Jia brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, commercial finance, and management consulting to her role as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Her remit includes accelerating digitalisation and automation of FairPrice Group’s supply chain network. Her leadership has directly resulted in significant enhancements to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Group’s supply chain risk monitoring solutions.
Before joining FairPrice Group, Qiao Jia led supply chain operations for Walmart China and Sam’s Club China. She was in charge of managing their ambient and perishables distribution centres, transportation, replenishment, and network strategy and planning.
Qiao Jia also has a robust background in finance management consulting. At Accenture, she advised CFOs on enterprise finance transformation, leading large-scale APAC projects for clients.
She was a PSC scholar and started her career in civil service, with roles in the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Defence.

Alvin Neo is the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at FairPrice Group, responsible for strategic marketing, customer, partnership, brand and communications. He is focused on driving FairPrice Group’s vision to make every day a little better; through building world class marketing programs, deepening brand love, elevating consumer experiences, and fostering customer-centricity and loyalty.
Alvin has over 20 years of local and international brand, business and marketing management experience. He was the Group Chief Marketing Officer at leading healthcare provider Parkway Pantai, heading its commercial function which included sales, marketing, and doctor/portfolio management. He was responsible for driving revenue and volume growth across multiple countries, and the development of the group’s Future of Healthcare Marketing practice.
Prior to Parkway Pantai, he served as Diabetes Care Franchise Head at Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific, and Senior Marketing Director for Global Emerging Markets for Johnson & Johnson Consumer. His career has spanned various business, marketing, and strategic development roles at Procter & Gamble, Gillette, and technology startup Netdecisions. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group where he was a Strategy Consulting Leader.

Chan Tee Seng is the Chief Sustainability Officer of FairPrice Group and his role is to advance the Group’s sustainability agenda and ambitions. He oversees sustainable growth across operations, and champions FairPrice Group’s efforts to support national sustainability goals – this includes the Group’s targets of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2045, and strategies to reduce food wastes and packaging.
Prior to this appointment, Tee Seng was CEO of FairPrice Group’s Food Services Business, where he was tasked with strengthening the capabilities and business resilience of the Group’s Food Services through innovation and technology integration.
Tee Seng brings with him more than three decades of experience spanning different operations within the NTUC ecosystem. Tee Seng was the CEO of NTUC First Campus from 2008 to 2020, where he expanded its outreach to Singapore families by more than five times, from 4,000 children in 2009 to 22,000 children in 2020. Before that, Tee Seng held various positions within the NTUC group, including NTUC Income (General Manager, Group and Health), NTUC Membership (Director), and Skills Development (Director).

Theresa Soikkeli is the Chief Human Resource Officer of FairPrice Group. She is in charge of steering the Group’s people strategy to meet our business objectives.
Theresa plays an instrumental role in developing FairPrice Group’s people capabilities to support its key transformation efforts, including those across the areas of digital, cultural, and business optimisation.
As Chief Human Resource Officer, she is committed to elevating the capabilities of the HR function – these efforts include the establishment of Centres of Excellence to build on business functions such as talent acquisition and management, and instituting HR business partners to help business units and corporate functions align their specific people strategies with the Group’s wider business strategy.
Prior to this role, Theresa held a Global HR role at VISA Worldwide, where she led the Human Resources Business Partnering function for VISA’s offices in markets across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before her role at Visa, she served as the Managing Director and Global Head of HR at DBS Bank, leading all aspects of the HR function for DBS’s businesses. Her earlier appointments include roles as HR Head/Lead at Morgan Stanley, Glaxo Wellcome, Standard Chartered Bank, and other HR consultancy firms.

Karen Chan is the Chief Customer Officer at FairPrice Group, where she leads customer strategy, loyalty, data analytics, strategic partnership, marketing technology and innovation to enhance customer experience. She is charged with driving the implementation of the Group’s customer value proposition (CVP), deepening customer engagement, and aligning customer-focused efforts across its grocery, food services, pharmacy, and convenience stores.
Karen has over 20 years of experience in digital and retail consulting to her role. She previously served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at AirAsia Aviation Group, overseeing network expansion, route revenue, marketing, sales, and distribution for the group’s seven airlines. As CEO of AirAsia.com, she transformed the platform into the AirAsia Superapp, a leading ASEAN travel and lifestyle app.
She brings with her extensive loyalty expertise, having spearheaded successful loyalty programmes in the region. She has also held leadership roles in digital strategy at C&J Clarks and Pizza Hut Asia Pacific. Her career includes leadership roles at Domino’s Pizza International, Coca-Cola, and Colgate-Palmolive.
Karen holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, Australia.

David Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of Supermarkets, Unity, and Cheers convenience stores at FairPrice Group. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and performance of these key business units, ensuring their continued success in a dynamic retail landscape to meet the evolving needs of Singaporeans.
With over a decade of experience at the senior leadership level, David has a deep understanding of the complexities and opportunities within the sector, having led local, regional, and global retail businesses.
Prior to joining FairPrice Group, David served as President of International Business at Ace Hardware, the world’s largest retailer-owned hardware co-operative. In this role, he spearheaded the transformation of the company’s wholesale, licensing, and franchise operations across 60 countries, demonstrating his expertise in driving growth and innovation on a global scale.
David also has strong retail experience from his time at Robinson Retail Holdings Inc in the Philippines. There, he led three formats comprising 2,500 drug stores and 500 convenience stores. Closer to home, he held leadership positions as Managing Director of DFI Singapore, CEO of Cold Storage, and CEO of 7-Eleven, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape.
